Jason Tyler Fisher, 27, of Amarillo, died Feb. 26after being stabbed at a Potter County intersection. Crystal Rose Roach, 18, was stabbed but survived. The case remains unsolved. Investigators believe the person who killed Fisher may have acted in self defense.
